Tikeros are looking for an IT Business Analyst with experience in New Production Introduction (NPI) to join our expanding business in the UK. It’s an exciting time for Tikeros as we look towards the future. The role will participate in the development of software, web apps, mobile apps, continuous improvement systems including the selection, implementation and integration of systems and technology initiatives necessary to achieve goals around software testing, deployment and operational efficiency. Main duties:
The Business Analyst’s duties include analysing data, requirements and processes to align business needs with system requirements. You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to provide pragmatic business and technology solutions.
Participate in software selection, software testing, implementation and integration of key software services.
Serve as a liaison between operations and IT to assist or gather requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements and implementation.
Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Define business requirements based on translation of business needs and gaps.
Create deliverables such as business flows, what’s changing, business requirements, test plans, test scripts, cutover plans and key learnings
Create functional design in collaboration with cross functional teams to support software implementation: Highlight process changes and provide input on potential impact.
Manage small to medium size projects.
Skills required:
Proficient in database management, integration design, and data modelling techniques, including SQL, UML, and object-oriented modelling.
Experienced in managing large-scale development projects with a data emphasis, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with MDM, ETL, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within teams to drive digital strategies forward.
Who we are looking for:
Educated to a degree level (or equivalent experience) in information systems, business analysis, business administration, cyber security, data communications and IT computing.
Certifications in business analysis (desirable)
Previous software experience of digitising and streamlining operations, comfortable managing the delivery of multiple requirements and reacting quickly to changing business needs.
Proven experience (3 - 5 years) as business analyst especially for New Product Introduction.
Experience in implementing new systems and providing training on how to use and support as required.

Days and hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:00pm
Hybrid working: Available, minimum 3 days on site.
Salary:
From £45,000-£55,000 Per annum for the successful candidate (DOE)
